Choose your treats

Choose from the Tom Sawyer’s menu. You can select extras or side dishes and your choice of beverage to complement your meal.

Fill in delivery details

After selecting your order, input your contact information. Make sure to provide the exact address. A representative from Tom Sawyer’s will reach out to you through the contact number and email that you provided.

Choose method of payment

For deliveries, reconfirm which delivery service brand you will be using. For self pick-up, reconfirm which branch, date, and time.

Place your order

Choose your preferred ordering method.

Wait for a confirmation call

Sit back and wait for a Tom Sawyer’s representative to contact you in not more than 15 minutes.

HOW TO ORDER (Detailed Version)

Step 1.

Hover on the “See MENU & ORDER” button at the top right corner of the homepage. A dropdown will appear, click which branch you want to order from.

Step 2.

Tom Sawyer’s menu will pop up.

Step 3.

Choose from the Tom Sawyer’s menu. You can select extras or side dishes and your choice of beverage to complement your meal.

Step 4.

You can also indicate the quantity of extras by hitting the “+” icon on your right

Step 5.

Scroll down and indicate the quantity for your chosen meal and hit “Add to cart”. Repeat steps 3 to 4 to add more orders if desired.

Step 6.

After selecting your order, click the “CART” icon on the right hand corner of the menu

Step 7.

Input your contact information and click “Save”. A representative from Tom Sawyer’s will reach out to you through the contact number and email that you provided.

Step 8.

Choose your preferred ordering method. If you opt for delivery, make sure to provide the exact address. Click “Continue”, a map will open up.

Step 9.

You can either drag the pin on the map to pinpoint your location or choose “skip, use only additional address fields” located on the upper right corner. Hit “Done, click here to use this location” if you opted to use the map. Click “Save” and proceed to the next step.

Step 10.

Select your preferred delivery time. If you choose to have it delivery ‘as soon as possible,’ kindly understand that it may take up to 1 hour and 30 minutes due to unavoidable inconveniences. Hit “Save” to proceed.

Step 11.

Select your payment method. You can pay through GCash or Bank Transfer, the details are indicated under each choice. Cash on Delivery transactions are subject to additional fees depending on your location.

Step 12.

Check & review everything, then proceed to “Place Delivery Order Now”.

Step 13.

Sit back and wait for a Tom Sawyer’s representative to contact you in not more than 15 minutes.

Incorrect contact info:
Your order will be considered void if you input the wrong contact number.

Order confirmation:
A representative from Tom Sawyer’s will contact you within 15 minutes. Kindly wait for the call.

Missed call:
If you fail to pick up the phone three (3) times, your order will be considered void.
